Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Elehua AI (“Service”, “we”, “our”, “us”) at elehuaai.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Elehua AI.

2. Description of Service

Elehua AI provides AI-powered productivity tools including: interactive flowchart generation, slide deck creation, database schema design, email composition, document summarization, SOP generation, job description writing, data analysis, sales proposal generation, outreach sequence building, deal analysis, resume creation, and ATS resume review. We use NVIDIA's AI infrastructure for model inference.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • One account per person. Sharing account credentials is prohibited.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.

4. Usage Limits

Each subscription plan includes a monthly AI generation limit that resets on your billing date:

  • Free: 10 generations per month — access to all 13+ tools.
  • Starter (₹1,300/month): 1,000 generations per month — all tools, API access, priority queue.
  • Pro (₹4,200/month): 5,000 generations per month — all tools, fastest queue, extended context.
  • Enterprise (₹8,400/month): Unlimited generations — all Pro features, up to 10 team members, dedicated support.

Unused generations do not roll over to the next month. Exceeding your limit requires a plan upgrade.

5. Content Ownership

  • You retain full ownership of all content you submit to the Service.
  • You retain full ownership of all AI-generated outputs produced by our tools.
  • You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide the Service.
  • We do not use your submitted content or generated outputs to train AI models.
  • We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Elehua AI to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates any applicable law.
  • Create spam, phishing emails, or deceptive content intended to mislead others.
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits, security measures, or access controls.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy our AI infrastructure or proprietary systems.
  • Generate content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Use the Service for any purpose that violates the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India) or any other applicable legislation.

Violation of acceptable use may result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Payment, Billing, and Subscriptions

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually (with a 30% discount for annual) in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By subscribing, you agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) where required.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused days in a billing period.
  • Refund eligibility: Refunds may be issued within 7 days of initial purchase if you have not used more than 50 generations. Contact us at support@elehuaai.com with your account email and order ID.
  • In case of a billing error or duplicate charge, we will provide a full refund within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds (where applicable) are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay, subject to Razorpay's processing timelines.

9. Service Availability

  • We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
  • We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by third-party providers (NVIDIA, Supabase, Vercel).

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Elehua AI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
  • AI-generated outputs may contain errors. Always review outputs before use in critical business decisions.

11. Intellectual Property

The Elehua AI name, logo, platform design, and underlying AI systems are proprietary to us. You may not use our brand assets without prior written permission.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. For disputes under ₹1 crore, we encourage resolution through mediation before litigation.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
